Using Samexxa
Samexxa is a marketplace that connects shoppers with independent local sellers and stores. Samexxa facilitates browsing, ordering, payment and delivery coordination, but individual sellers are responsible for the products they list.
Accounts & Registration
You need a Samexxa account to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and OTP access secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform.
- Samexxa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Orders, Pricing & Payments
Placing an order through Samexxa is an offer to purchase, which is accepted once the seller confirms availability. Prices, taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
- Samexxa reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by order and location.
Seller Obligations
Sellers on Samexxa are independent third parties responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, and fulfilment timelines. Sellers must comply with applicable consumer protection and product safety laws.
Delivery
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to seller location, product availability, or circumstances outside Samexxa's control, such as weather or local disruptions.
Intellectual Property
The Samexxa name, logo, and Platform design are the property of Samexxa and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. Product images and descriptions remain the property of their respective sellers or rights holders.
Prohibited Uses
- Using the Platform for unlawful purposes or to defraud sellers or other shoppers.
- Attempting to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.
- Scraping, reselling, or republishing Platform content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Samexxa acts as a marketplace facilitator. To the extent permitted by law, Samexxa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from products sold by third-party sellers on the Platform.
Termination
Samexxa may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any account found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without notice where required for security reasons.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Changes to These Terms
Samexxa may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
