What payment methods does Samexxa accept?
Samexxa accepts UPI, major debit and credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery on eligible orders. Available options are shown at checkout based on your order and location.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
You'll need a Samexxa account to check out, mainly so we can keep you updated on order status and let you track deliveries. Creating one only takes your phone number and an OTP.
How do I track my order?
Open the Samexxa app or your order history on the website — each order shows live status, from confirmation through to delivery.

Which cities does Samexxa deliver to?
Samexxa currently delivers to 500+ cities across India, starting with Lucknow and nearby Uttar Pradesh cities. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm availability in your area.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery time depends on the category and the seller's location — everyday essentials from nearby sellers can arrive in under an hour, while other items follow standard delivery windows shown at checkout.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free on your first order and on orders above a minimum value shown in your cart. Smaller orders may carry a nominal delivery fee, which is always shown before you pay.
Returns & Refunds
What is Samexxa's return window?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Exact eligibility can vary by category — check the product page or our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I request a return?
Go to your order in the app or website and select "Return item." Choose a reason, and we'll arrange a pickup where available.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of the returned item being received, to your original payment method or Samexxa wallet.

How do I become a seller?
Reach out through our Contact Us page and choose "Seller Partnership" as the enquiry type. Our team will walk you through onboarding and KYC.
What are the fees for sellers?
Fees vary by category and are shared in full during onboarding, with no hidden charges. Payouts and settlement history are visible in the seller dashboard at all times.

How do I reset my password?
Samexxa accounts sign in with a phone number and OTP, so there's no password to reset — just request a fresh OTP on the login screen.
Is the Samexxa app available on iOS and Android?
Yes — the Samexxa app is available on both the App Store and Google Play. Download links are on the homepage.
